We tried out 4 different beds and he was very patient with my daughter and I as we were fooling around alot. Pat is definitely an asset to your company. Friendly, so knowledgeable, accommodating, and a great sense of humor. He made this buying experience less of a chore. This is my second mattress from Mattress Firm and I’ll be back to see Pat for the next one. Thank you, Pat!
