  They fill prescriptions. No frills, no favors. Transfer prescriptions only if you have all phone numbers and info, or they will make you get it. If you are filling narcotic schedule meds, they treat you like a scumbag.

  This is the worst Rite Aid EVER!! Under staffed, untrained and obnoxious employees. You would be lucky if someone EVER picks up your phone. Pharmacy staff needs basic CUSTOMER SERVICE training. I don't care if you are BUSY. I'm a paying customer, I NEED GOOD SERVICE. You just lost one customer!!!
