Turns out we had a problem with our account and it took several phone calls from the store's manager to other AT&T departments and many, many hours later but the store manager Dawn made sure the trouble on our account was resolved so I could purchase the cell phone. She was extremely patient, helpful and professional. I've honestly never experienced such superior customer service like that day.
